Kimberley has been fortunate to undergo some of the most up-to-date, cutting-edge trauma recovery training. This allows her to safely work with clients who need and want to create change, enabling them to explore and find more meaning, purpose, and fulfilment in their lives.
The impact of trauma reaches far and wide, yet its full extent and manifestations often go unrecognised. This misunderstanding leaves a substantial portion of the population grappling with untreated and undiagnosed trauma, hindering their ability to achieve complete healing and recovery.

Kimberley works with clients to give them the tools to release unhelpful strategies, behaviours, and thought patterns, so they no longer get caught up in self-defeating loops. She helps connect clients to their inner power, strength, and wisdom, enabling them to make better decisions and create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. She creates a safe, non-judgmental, open space for her clients to be themselves beyond self-doubt. While she doesn’t believe in quick fixes, when limiting and self-sabotaging thoughts are replaced with a growth-centric mindset and empowering psychology, extraordinary results can be achieved quickly.

Her 5-stage process, taken from her training at The Voyage, Co-Active Coaching, The Flow Research Collective, she offers a revolutionary method to navigating trauma-informed care as it is rooted in a progressive holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and soul elements. It emphasises a phased methodology to ensure clients' safety and minimise re-traumatisation while fostering deep, comprehensive healing. Please note each client is unique and so because of that requires an individual approach. The methodology below serves as a reference point, however, the priority is to understand where each client is on their journey and to collaborate with them to determine the most effective process and tools that will work specifically for them.

05.
Focused Transformation:
Once my client has been through the first four phases, they emerge feeling stronger, more trusting of themselves, clearer, and they can identify with more ease what they want for their life.
From here we start to put the work into action. We uncover their Primary Focus and which area they would specifically like to focus on.
-
Together we define the 6-month or 1-year Vision: We'll get specific, measurable, and time-bound on where they would like to be by the end of the year.
-
Create Your Roadmap: We'll reverse engineer their goals into a detailed action plan for the next 1 year, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 1 week, and daily.
-
Strategies for Success: We will identify the habits, timelines, and accountability structures needed to make the goals a reality.
-
Commit to Change: We will get crystal clear on what the client needs to start saying "yes" and "no" to in order to achieve their vision.

Clients come away with a clear vision, along with an action plan of how to get there, along with the structures and support they need to achieve their goals.
