What is peak performance?
The primary restriction that holds us back in life is often our own thoughts and beliefs. I believe we are capable of big things, however, to achieve this it is not about 'pushing harder.' (If that was the case individuals toiling in 12-hour shifts would all be millionaires.) It is about unlocking our key motivators allowing us to step into 'flow states' more consistently and easily, so we can achieve more with less friction.
We are all unique, we have varying levels of risk tolerance, and stress levels, different individual aspirations, and unique motivators propelling us toward our goals. This intrinsic diversity is the reason why adopting 'one-size-fits-all' strategies often falls short, leaving people disheartened as they struggle to realize their ambitions.
